Monica, known as “Mon” to the children, is our motivated and mindful leader here at St Mary’s Preschool.

With a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and over 18 years of experience in the sector, Monica brings extensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance. She is a strong advocate for our community-focused approach and commitment to exceeding quality standards in education and care.

Monica inspires a professional team of outstanding educators with an authentic leadership style, keeping children at the heart of every decision. 

Monica is passionate about embedding mindfulness into the curriculum and is a trained kids yoga teacher. She empowers children with lifelong skills to manage big emotions and navigate their world with calm and confidence.
